Post Work Training Ride
Anyone up for a training ride through wilderness after work on Firday? Let me know. One week to race and I'm feeling antsy.

What time Harp? I rode out there last night with Ryan and then back home after going through the park. I almost got 30 miles in.
Ryan is out of town this weekend.
By the way, I get off work at 3:30 today and could possible sneak out earlier. I would like to be on the trail by 4pm if possible.

I doubt that I will be able to keep up with you though, Ryan left me in the dust all afternoon. I'm still nursing a chest cold. :(
