Run down

I've been feeling a bit run down lately. Sore throat, stuffy nose this cold thing is killing me. Taking today off the bike again. Lately it seems like I've been taking more time off the bike then on it. I've had to work all day the past couple of days and today was my third day off. I was able to get a core workout in yesterday that has left me a bit sore. I need to start doing them a bit more consistently so I can get past the soreness after each one.

In other news last night I worked what I think will be my last shift at ArborLinks. This is a good thing. I haven't been happy with what I've been doing there for a while and I don't need the stress. The extra money was nice but it's not worth it. Of course I say that and as I'm going to try to talk my wife into letting me get the 2 new bikes I need this year. Any guesses on what they are?

Now I can focus on my racing which is where I want my attention to be right now. I'm hoping to get out tomorrow. The temps aren't supposed to be to bad. Now I need to go down some vitamin C and try to get past this cold.

Wow, you layout has changed since I last visited (it has been a while, I know). Hope you get over your flu quickly. New bikes? A fixie and a roadbike?

New road bike for crits and a CX, that's my guess.

A Huffy BMX, and one of those crazy folding jobbies?!

OK, seriously? Uh, a FS (Carbon?) MTB for the races, and a Cross would be my guesses.

Hope you feel better! Vitamin C, baby. OH! And Airborne!

Don't forget Harp if you pay $1500.00 for a Lean Look book the book store can usually be talked into throwing in a free cross bike.
