2011 MTB Training

As I'm sitting and getting my training plan straightend out for 2011 one thing that I decided that I need to focus on is to change my body shape. I need to go from this:

to this:

I need to lose the upper body bulk and transfer it to the bottom. Big legs, small torso. Just like the T-Rex. The attitude might help to.
