No ride tonight hung out with the wife and kids. Relaxing drinking a couple of fat tires. Thought I'd post a picture of me showing off how out of shape I am at the top of a hill during a race( i'm in red) in the Maskenthine XC Classic which I was lucky enough to finish third in my category.

Well, you forgot to mention that it was easily 100F and we were ALL suffering from the heat!! I think, just the fact that you finished shows that your shape can't be that bad:)
Thanks for making me feel better about myself. Your right anybody that rode the race that day really showed something about their spirit.
