Went out for a quick spin today. Had to do some work in the yard today so I didn't have a lot of time for a ride before it got dark. I really need to get a light set-up so that I can go out and not have to worry about it getting to dark. Took my wifes camera out with me today. She did bust me when I got home and told me not to take her camera anymore. She's thinks that I'm going to break it if I have an accident. I told her that I don't have that problem like I did when I was on my cheap department store bike and just starting to ride offroad. OK sometimes Im still a bit to aggressive and have the occasional wipe out like I did on Monday and I bent part of my pedal (I'll get that pic later) and now it's hard to get my right foot clipped in sometimes. I haven't built up enough courage to try and bend it backyet. I'm to worried of screwing it up more.
Anyways I realized that taking pictures while riding is not as easy as some other people make it look.
Jeff looks like he takes the pictures with ease. Well here's my shot at it. Here is some of the pics I took on my ride today.
On my way into the park
One of the first mini climbs on my route through wilderness park
Realizing it's probably not quite dry enough to be riding in the park without messing up the trails.
On the rail trail back home
I thought this picture of me pushing it on the way home just looked intense.
Alright that's enough of me.

So, what kind of diet or diet plan are you on? I know what is healthy and such, but I have the hardest time to get enough calories in my diet and I don't won't to eat junk food.
nice pictures by the way:)
We just started talking about getting enough calories and good sources of those. They figured that was probably one of the problems I was having with. I'll keep you updated as I work on it.
I am very interested, because I pretty much just lost my weight by eating less and riding more, but I would also like to eat healthier, because I have some health problems.
I"ve pretty much got the next week off of work and am going to start working on setting a better diet plan to go along with my winter training. I'll keep you informed. This is something that I want to get straight considering what I do for a living.
