Tonight is about resting. I'm trying to just eat right today to try and refuel and relax. No training (it's hard). Tomorrow night is the first
Flatwater Cycling Team night ride. I don't think it's going to be a big hammer fest (at least not tomorrow) but it should be good. It's going to be nice to get out with the team and ride. Anybody local is welcome to join(meet at the benches on Hwy 2 and 27th).
In sponsor news I got the word today from the guys at
Twin Six that I will be a member of the
team again in 2009. Very happy about getting in with them.

No, it's a MTB ride. At least that's what Ryan and I will be on. If you got time you should come.
