My cleaning crew

I've been needing to clean the road bike after this weekends rides but hadn't had time until tonight and so I decided to clean the mountain bike while I was at it. Luckily for me my kids where all gung ho to help clean the bikes so they got their lessons in bike cleaning today. For some reason they had a blast. Maybe it was just something different to do instead of sit inside. The road bike is probably going to be moved inside and set up on the trainer I'm picking up tomorrow. I'm very pumped about that. Now I can get a more regular training schedule going with time on the bike instead of just core stuff like I've been doing. Well now I gotta go figure out my intervals to start off with on the trainer. I think this week will be a little lighter to get me bakc in the habit of regular spinning and then I'll move it up some next week. Hopefully this works I'm still basically guessing at my training at this point. I haven't taken the time to do as much research on it as I should have. I think that's going to be my weekend plan. Later.

Harp, what kind of post and stem adjustments are you looking to make? I've had lots of study and playing around o that one in the last couple of years.

B-I am mostly looking to just replace what's on the bike now. I'm still thinking about it. I'm not to current on road bikes so figuring out what I need is tough. The problem with the stem is it is some weird adjustable one and I just don't like it. The seatpost has a bit of a spring in it. The components were put on the bike for comfort. Not really my first concern. The bike has a nice frame and that's why I picked it up and I will just change things out as I get the cash.
