OK I've joined up for the lean look challenge with Bluenoser and Phun. I'll probably talk more later but essentially I trying to trim down my body fat % to 9-10% and lose the bit of extra slow me down fat I have around my stomach. To do this for guys we meaure our neck and abdomen and then refer to a chart based on height to check our body fat %. This should be fun. Here are my starting numbers:
Neck: 15 1/2 inches
Abdomen: 32 1/2 inches
Weight: 165 lbs
Body Fat %: 13%

I'm only kidding. You are clearly in a far better place than Blue and I. I've been scolded by my PCP (primary care physician) that I should stop at 170 and assess, based on my height and the like. I'd, personally, like to go down to 165 (-20 lbs) if I have my way.
My lowest point last year was 178 lbs (+/- 1), so I'm up about 7 lbs from there.
I'd be happy in the 15% range for now, as I'm in the 21% range as we speak.
